About our Graduate Talent Programme
The Graduate Talent Programme is designed to ensure all graduates develop professionally and personally through exposure and insight to different departments within permanent tsb, to encourage them to develop and enhance multiple skills.
The number of rotations varies from Programme to Programme - rotations are supported by a 2-tier support network consisting of a Line Manager and an assigned buddy together with collective structured peer group development in a supportive community environment.

Who is the Graduate Talent Programme for?
To be considered for the Programme candidates must have graduated in 2023/2024 with a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ Level 8) or be on track to achieve a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in 2024. Applicants from all disciplines will be considered.
How long is the Graduate Talent Programme?
The Graduate Talent Programme runs for 24 months and includes a number of rotations. The length of the rotations will depend on which programme you are interested in.
What kind of development can I expect to receive?
The goal of the programme is to provide graduates with a platform to develop key career skills and equip you for your career with Permanent tsb. Our size and structure allows for regular interactions with our Senior Leadership Team as well as greater opportunities for you to grow and develop your professional expertise.
