About our Graduate Talent Programme
The Graduate Talent Programme is designed to support graduates’ professional and personal growth by giving them exposure to different rotations across PTSB. Through these rotations, graduates gain valuable insight into the business, broaden their experience and build the skills needed to start their career with confidence.
We offer a range of streams, each providing a pathway into the business and the opportunity to build experience in an area that aligns with your interests, strengths and ambitions:

FAQ: Graduate Talent Programme
Q1 Who is the Graduate Talent Programme for?
To be considered for the Programme candidates must have graduated in 2026 or be expected to graduate in 2027 and must have or on track to achieve a
minimum result of a 2:1 Second Class Honours, Grade 1 (60%-69%) in a level 8 qualification or above.
*Without restriction refers to candidates who: (i) will have a visa in place which will be valid for the full duration of their chosen programme (September 2027 – September 2029 or September 2027 – March 2031 for Accounting and Finance) without any change in permission type required; and (ii) do not require any financial sponsorship from PTSB of work visa for the duration of the programme.
Q2 How long is the Graduate Talent Programme?
Our Graduate Talent Programme lasts 24 months, with the exception of our Accounting and Finance Graduate stream which runs for 42 months. Throughout your programme, you will complete a series of rotations that offer exposure to different teams and disciplines. The number and length of rotations will depend on your chosen stream.
Q3 What kind of development can I expect to receive?
The goal of the programme is to provide graduates with a platform to develop key career skills and equip you for your career with PTSB. As part of the programme, you will also take part in a dedicated graduate development programme, designed to help you build confidence, workplace skills and professional capability as you begin your career. Our size and structure allow for regular interactions with our Senior Leadership Team as well as greater opportunities for you to grow and develop your professional expertise.
