The Vhi Graduate Programme has been such a valuable start to my career. Coming from a background in BCL (Law and Society) at DCU, I was keen to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills in a real business setting, and this programme gave me that opportunity.

Before joining, I worked for a year in Vhi’s Clinical Call Centre, where I gained first-hand experience of the company’s commitment to its customers. That time really shaped my interest in exploring the business further and seeing how different teams contribute to Vhi’s overall mission from other perspectives.

Throughout the past year, I’ve rotated through the People and Sustainability team, the Product Management team, and now the Compliance function. Each rotation has been completely different but equally rewarding. I’ve learned so much – from getting involved in sustainability projects to seeing how products are developed and understanding the regulatory side of things.

The programme has challenged me, but in the best way. It’s given me a real sense of confidence and helped me grow both personally and professionally. All my colleagues have been so supportive and encouraging, and the culture really is one of collaboration and learning.

Looking back, I’m so glad I decided to join the Grad Programme. It’s been a great foundation for my career and a chance to contribute to an organisation I really respect and enjoy being part of.
