- People and purpose; Partners with the business to develop and deliver our talent strategy to provide the best career experience for our people.
- Growth: Drives our market position and reputation, enable stronger client relationships and support revenue generation.
- Technology & Operations; Provides strategic advisory, solutions and support for the firm's technology and digital needs.
What we are looking for
- Academic Achievement: On track for, or have achieved, a 2.1 honors degree or higher.
- Work Eligibility: Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Skillset: Ability to work in teams, leadership potential, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
