As an Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them to address their most significant business issues. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.

We’re looking for well-rounded talented people with high learning agility, from all academic disciplines. We look for people with intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit, who can build relationships, lead others and who aren’t afraid to question the norm.

You should be interested in, and passionate about how technology and data are changing the way the world and businesses operate. You do not need to be technical, but a STEM degree is beneficial.

Where You'll Work

Accenture is a people first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections.

As a dynamic and constantly evolving business, we love the flexibility of a hybrid working model. However, due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the Ireland and sometimes outside of Ireland. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 1-2 days a week (but up to 5 depending on business and client requirements).

There is an expectation for all graduates to be based within a commutable distance of your assigned office which will be Dublin .
