Our Graduate Programme - starting 2nd September 2025

Our 2-year Graduate Programme lets you shine and get creative, tackling real-life business scenarios within your grad community. You’ll be supported to learn and grow, kick-starting with our three weeks of onboarding followed by a bespoke development programme that provides you with focused learning sessions and opportunities alongside your rotations in our business. You’ll track your growth and development in our Grad Me@Three app which will help you refine your skills and knowledge for your future career! Our grads will join us on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract starting 2nd September 2025 and will be based in our Head Office in Dublin’s vibrant docklands or in our Limerick Excellence Centre

As a Three Graduate you’ll…

Learn about our overall business and develop rounded skills for your career at Three and beyond.
You’ll be supported in each of your rotations to gain practical knowledge and experience of the team and overall function. You’ll have lots of opportunities to put your skills and learning into practice supporting key activities. As a Three Graduate you’ll regularly get together with the wider graduate community for development and problem-solving real-life business scenarios.

What’s involved in Digital Services

Our Digital Services team work collaboratively with our Digital Team. As a grad in this team you’ll work on our in-house design, development and quality assurance for various Digital assets including Website, Apps, Communities and Bots. Working with other areas of the business including 48 team, Conversational AI, eCommerce, IT, CRM, Product, Marketing to help deliver a best-in-class online experience to our customers.

Some of the things you could get involved in:

  • Manage custom content, CSS, Skins and Assets on Community
  • Manage quilts and layouts
  • Conversational Analysis
  • BOT flows
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with in-house teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Functional and User Experience testing across Web (desktop and mobile) and App.
  • Responsible for test planning, execution, results evaluation and reporting for all digital channels.
  • Work closely with our developers, designers and 3rd party vendors to ensure bugs are fixed and delivery specifications are met and maintained to a high standard.

What we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for people with passion, energy and a get-stuck-in attitude.
  • You’ll be proactive with a curious mindset, always looking to learn and improve – and teach us a thing or two with your fresh thinking.
  • Three is a dynamic and fast-paced place to work, so being able to balance lots of different priorities is a skill you’ll have nailed.
  • You’ll be working collaboratively with other teams and partners, allowing your confidence building relationships and fantastic communication skills to really shine.

For this role you’ll also need to be:

  • Graduating this year, or have graduated within the last 2 years.
  • This programme is best suited to those with a Digital related degree
  • Passionate about Digital and have a keen eye for user experience
  • Able to demonstrate the legal right to work in Ireland
  • And ideally have these skills & attributes:
  • Basic HTML/CSS/Basic XML/REST API/Java Script/Free marker
  • Knowledge and some experience of user experience design
  • Knowledge of digital application testing and quality assurance testing.
  • Knowledge testing customer facing web and app-based products and services.
  • Experience in developing test plans and test cases.
  • Good understanding of software product development.
