What You’ll Do
· Recruitment Process - Support the team at all levels of the recruitment process from carrying out searches, advertising roles, shortlisting and organizing interviews
· Contacting Candidates and Clients – Phoning candidates to assess their suitability for the role and recommending candidates to recruitment consultants. Also phoning clients to coordinate interviews.
· Database Management - Maintain the integrity of the information in the database ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly coded.
· Marketing – Use Linked-In and our website to post jobs and keep content current.
· Account Management - Support the team to maintain key client accounts and carryout business development, through carrying out industry analysis and keeping updated on customer information.

Experience
· Proven ability to make phone calls and deal with a wide range of individuals
· Experience multi-tasking and dealing with a range of projects running concurrently
· Strong IT and systems proficiency.
· Experience using Linked-In and databases.
