Role Overview:

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Canto for the DACH market, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying inbound leads for this region. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and connect them with our sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in sales!

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and identify potential customers
  • Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and chat
  • Educating prospects about Canto’s Digital Asset Management solution
  • Scheduling meetings for our sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system
  • Generating sales sales-qualified pipeline for the DACH region
  • Partnering with our marketing team to brainstorm, execute, and provide feedback on marketing initiatives aimed at driving lead generation and pipeline growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Required skills & Experience:

  • Business related Degree.
  • Some experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in inbound sales or lead qualification desired.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com & Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Outreach, Cognism (and/or other prospecting tools) an advantage
  • Collaborative mentality – Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve collective goals
  • Strong writing, communication, and listening skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German speaker (c-2 level Proficiency)
