Patrick Gorry
Patrick is a Banking and Aviation Finance partner in the audit and assurance financial services division of Forvis Mazars in Ireland.
His 18 years of experience with Forvis Mazars includes leading teams that deliver domestic and international financial institution audit mandates and providing audit and assurance services to leasing groups, structured finance vehicles and investment firms. Patrick is the co-lead of Forvis Mazars in Ireland Audit Quality Team which is responsible for in-house technical training, support and methodology development. Patrick sits on the Audit Partner People Group in the firm which is charged with designing and implementing the firm’s audit and assurance people strategy which focuses on supporting and developing a team of talented, diverse and ambitious people who are equipped with the critical skills to master the challenges the audit profession faces.
He is a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Siobháin Scanlon
Siobháin Scanlon is Early Careers Manager at Musgrave, where she leads the award-winning Graduate Programme and other early talent initiatives. A qualified coach and experienced facilitator, she also supports colleagues as an internal coach and is a senior adjunct lecturer at University College Cork, providing insights on workplace readiness and growth mindset. Under her leadership, Musgrave has won multiple accolades at the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards, affirming her impact in shaping Ireland’s graduate development landscape.

I’m Beatrice Lupi, Talent Acquisition Lead for Early Careers and Strategic Talent Sourcing at Kerry. I specialize in identifying and engaging future-focused talent across Kerry’s strategic growth areas. My work spans both early careers and experienced hires. I focus on building strong, tailored connections with niche talent segments and aligning sourcing strategies with business needs—ensuring our Talent Network is diverse and strategically aligned with our future hiring plans.
