Janice's Story

After spending 16 years working with the Defence Forces, Janice made the jump to logistics when she joined our Charleville Distribution Centre as Regional Logistics Manager in November 2021. Janice first got a taste for logistics during her service, and when the opportunity to join Lidl presented itself, she didn’t hesitate to apply. The fast-paced environment along with the opportunities for progression are what really attracted Janice to joining Team Lidl, and she hasn’t looked back since. “Lidl was extremely appealing to me because they offer fantastic career progression opportunities.”
