Meet Fiona Gaffney

“From joining the Enterprise Ireland graduate programme in August 2024, I quickly learned that every day in Enterprise Ireland is an opportunity. An opportunity to meet lifelong friends, learn about the exciting activities of Irish businesses on the island and overseas, and further develop my skillsets through creative and challenging projects. I had the privilege of joining the Food Tech and Food FDI team, where I work with emerging Irish Food & Drink Startups. Engaging with our clients daily and playing a crucial role in the early stages of their business journey is immensely rewarding. The guidance and responsibilities I am given by the team provide me with the confidence to learn and grow in my role. The fun in the office is exceptional, with our coffee mornings and cakes on Tuesdays, walks across the new greenway, and events that connect colleagues together through learning, showcase the welcoming and supportive atmosphere that surrounds us in Enterprise Ireland. I look forward to the future opportunities that are to come during the remainder of my time on the graduate programme and beyond.”
