Amazon has been certified as a Top Employer 2024 in Europe in recognition of our commitment to the development and well-being of our employees. We were given the Top Employers certification for our activities across Europe, including our operations network, corporate offices, customer service, and research and development centres. The European recognition has been awarded to Amazon for the second consecutive year, following a certification process conducted across nine countries: Spain, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, the UK, and Luxembourg.

The Top Employers Institute is one of the world’s most prestigious certifications in the field of human resources management, acknowledging the commitment of companies to HR topics including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity & inclusion, well-being, and more. The Top Employers Institute has certified and recognised over 2,300 Top Employers in 122 countries and regions across five continents.
