What do we look for in a graduate?

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and diverse applicants – people who are passionate and think outside the box.

What does the DC recruitment process include?

Our process usually includes submitting a short video, a home challenge, a professional interview, and an HR interview.

How can I prepare myself for the recruitment process?

Before each stage of the recruitment process, we recommend going to our website, reading about us, who we are, our values and our vision.

Be prepared for each of the stages – make sure you are organised, knowledgeable, focused, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and check that all the links are working before the meeting, so you will be able to log in on time.

What questions will I be asked in an interview?

You will be asked about your career interests, your time at university, your interest in the financial industry, and any work experience. Our interview questions mainly relate to the skills and behaviours we consider for success at Delta Capita.

You will also be asked to present your home challenge in the first professional interview to allow us to assess your understanding and presentation skills.

What are your work hours like?

Full-time Delta Capita UK employees work 8 hours per day, plus one hour for lunch.
