Joining Carne Group as an Associate in Risk & Valuations has been an amazing journey. My background is in theoretical physics and statistics, so joining the Risk team I could apply my analytical and mathematical skills to the job.

My team, from associates to senior leaders, was incredibly supportive in helping me learn the ropes. I was also privileged to be a part of the in-house Accelerated Learning Program to be mentored by highly experienced industry professionals.

For me, Carne is defined by the people that work here, people who are kind, always willing to help you learn and who lead by example.
