From an outsider’s perspective, the world of Finance is viewed through the modicum of banks and the stock market, and the intricacies of the industry are scarcely understood.

Coming from a degree in Finance, I wanted a role where I could interact with all actors that help Financial markets function, and Carne is the perfect place for this.

In just 1 year, I have learned more about the funds industry than I could possibly have imagined, especially with respect to expertise in the regulations that govern this space.

What really strikes me about Carne is the freedom given to all of us to explore ideas, take initiative, and contribute in our own unique ways.

Everyone feels supported in their personal and professional development, and it is truly one of the best work environments I have ever experienced.
