What prompted you to apply to the Version 1 Early Careers programme?

I applied to the Version 1 Early Careers programme due to its reputation and the overwhelmingly positive experiences shared by both current participants and graduates I had spoken with at the Belfast open night. They highlighted Version 1’s strong company values, clear pathways for career progression and the company's reputation within the industry. Putting all that together, it was a no brainer to apply to the programme, and I haven't looked back since!

What was your experience with the recruitment process for the Early Careers programme?

My experience with the Version 1 Early Careers programme recruitment process was extremely positive, it felt clear, supportive and genuinely encouraging from start to finish.

Do you have any tips for someone thinking about applying to the Version 1 Early Careers programme?

Take the time to understand Version 1’s core values, the culture and what sets them apart. Reach out to people who have gone through the Early Careers programme to gain a better insight if possible. This will boost your confidence and also demonstrate genuine interest. Also, be yourself! Everyone at Version 1 appreciates authenticity and enthusiasm!
