  • Be prepared for the interview – research the company’s website and get an understanding of its background, mission statements, and values.
  • Follow us on social media to learn more about what we do.
  • Be serious, on time
  • Dress professionally – even if the interview is online.
  • Use names as it helps to make a connection – address your interviewer by name – people love to hear their names.

What is the interview process like?

There are many steps in the process:

  • The first interview is an online interview with our recruiters
  • This will take approximately 30 minutes and is a chance for you to outline your education, experience, and skillset
  • The first interview is also a chance for you to ask any questions that you may have about our schools and educational system
  • If you are successful, we will begin completing your file with the required documents
  • The second interview is a group interview with other applicants and would include more position-specific and situation-based questions
  • Then a technical interview for some subjects, such as English degree graduates
  • If successful, you will be through to the offer stage.

When should I begin the application process?

  • As soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Summary of attestation process steps:

  • Translation (if the degree is in Latin)
  • Some universities print their documents in Latin, which they can translate to English for a fee. This can take 1-5 days.
  • Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
  • The DFA verifies the origin of a document by confirming that a signature, seal, or stamp appearing on a document is genuine. Documents are sent by registered post. This can be completed in person within an hour for emergency cases.
  • Arab-Irish Chamber of Commerce (AICC)
  • The AICC certifies and legalizes documents being exported from Ireland to any Arab country. The first step is to apply and pay online and then send the documents. This should take 3-5 days maximum. The AICC can also send the legalized documents to the UAE for an extra fee.

*Please note that 2 weeks is the maximum time for the attestation as quoted by the DFA and AICC this year. Some allowances can be made for emergency cases that would reduce this time frame. *
