Property careers for graduates: property management.

This job involves the day-to-day management of property for occupiers, owners, landlords and property development companies. You will be managing rent and service charge expenditure for all types of property from single properties to retail parks, offices, industrial and business parks and mixed property portfolios. Services may include coordinating the implementation of a good management structure, specifying and commissioning property improvements, maintenance, leasing and financial management.

You need good administrative, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills. You also need to be able to deal with the difficult situations that may arise with both tenants and clients.
