"Commercial, Finance, IT & Technology, Legal & Regulatory, Strategy, Transformation and PMO, and People & Property departments. The programme has been incredibly popular this year, with over 5,300 applications for 34 positions across both businesses. Congrats to the 34 successful candidates.

While our programme gives our grads a great opportunity to kick-start their careers, it is also of huge benefit to Three as we can learn so much from their fresh thinking, knowledge, creativity and energy.

It was fantastic to meet them all in person over the past week, and I would like to wish them all the very best with their careers at Three."
