Working with Codec

"I have been with Codec for almost 5 months and I have enjoyed every minute of it so far. Everyone within Codec has been really welcoming and I feel like I can approach anyone to ask them about anything. Additionally, the training and support provided to me, and the other graduates has been amazing, especially with training material such as LinkedIn Learning paths and Microsoft Documentation.

One of the main skills within Codex that everyone uses daily is Teamwork. We collaborate and talk to our team members every day. One way I have tried to improve this skill is by coming into the office more often. Talking to the colleagues in person helps resolve problems or issues much faster than messaging, and so I think it is important to have face-to-face interaction"

What was the best part about being a grad in Codec?

"Personally, the best part for me was joining with other graduates at the same time. The fact that there were other people joining in the same position as me, helped me settles into the company and I knew we were in this together. I joined with a great bunch of graduates, and we helped each other daily with resolving issues and queries"
