Being part of the Data and Analytics graduate program at Allianz Ireland has been a transformative experience for me, both personally and professionally. Q: What has been one of the highlights of your journey in the program?

One of the highlights of my journey has been the opportunity to work on the Data and Insights Team in Allianz Australia for several months as part of an international assignment. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in a different culture, expand my professional network, and gain valuable insights into the global operations of Allianz. Working alongside colleagues in Australia, I was able to learn new analytical techniques and contribute to impactful projects that are shaping the future of the insurance industry. By collaborating on cross-functional projects, it allowed me to understand the diverse applications of data analytics across different business units within Allianz Australia.
