What do you love about your job?
The team is very supportive, meaning you avoid feeling lost in the first few weeks until you're on your feet. The training program provided by TCS for new employees is fantastic. The mixture of conceptual learning with hand-on training exercises really helped me to build my skills and help me gain confidence in my abilities as a data scientist. I would recommend TCS to anyone wanting to start their career as you're sure to feel supported in starting your career.
What advice would you give to other new graduates joining TCS?
I would say to trust your team for support and take in what you learn in the training, you'll find that what you learn will be directly applicable in future projects.
How would you describe the culture within TCS?
The culture within TCS is very supportive of new hires while also encouraging you to be self-driven in your work.
