Please submit only one application to Arcadis. Multiple applications can make it harder for us to understand your preferences and review your details effectively.

If more than one role interests you, apply for the opportunity that feels like your strongest match and then contact our Early Careers team. We can consider your application fully and explore whether there are other suitable options that align with your background and interests.

Make your CV clear, current and easy to review

Your CV should give us a clear and accurate picture of your education, experience and achievements. Before submitting, check that it includes:

• Your most recent education and work experience.
• The full name of your degree or qualification.
• The name of your university, college or institution.
• The start date and expected end date for your degree or qualification.
• Relevant work experience, placements, internships, projects, volunteering or extracurricular activities.

To support a fair and personal recruitment process, every CV submitted to Arcadis is reviewed by a member of our Early Careers team. We do not use AI to screen applications or select candidates for the next stage.

Once your application has been reviewed, you may be invited to complete the next stage of our recruitment process, so it is important that every part of your application reflects you accurately.

Take care with the application questions

Complete all application questions carefully, fully and truthfully. Your answers help us understand your eligibility, preferences and interests, and they support us in routing your application to the most appropriate opportunity. Incomplete or inaccurate answers may delay the review of your application or affect how we are able to consider you.

Prepare for the Arctic Shores assessment

As part of the selection process, you may be invited to complete our initial skills assessment in partnership with Arctic Shores. The assessment helps us understand how you approach tasks, solve problems and respond to different situations. Although it may feel like you are completing games, it is designed to help us understand your strengths and potential in a consistent way.

If you are invited to this stage, these tips can help you feel prepared:

• Complete the assessment somewhere quiet where you can focus.
• Use a reliable internet connection and a device that is fully charged or connected to power.
• Read all instructions carefully before you begin.
• Work through the assessment honestly and in a way that feels natural to you.
• Avoid second-guessing what you think we are looking for. The best approach is to be yourself.

Final checks before you submit

We know that applying for graduate and early careers opportunities takes time, and every company has its own process. Before you submit your Arcadis application, ask yourself:

• Have I checked the required degree discipline and eligibility criteria in the role profile?
• Have I submitted only one application?
• If I am interested in more than one role, have I emailed the Early Careers team?
• Is my CV up to date and does it include my degree title, institution, start date and expected end date?
• Have I answered all application questions fully and truthfully?
• Am I ready to complete the Arctic Shores assessment if invited?
