As well as acquiring and disposing of land for clients, you will advise on development options in terms of site appraisal, regeneration and development strategies and planning, ensuring that clients extract the best value from their landholdings. The service also includes advising clients on long-term property asset values.

Some companies manage the complete ‘project’ on behalf of the client. This includes national and international marketing, selling or acquiring development land, and liaising with solicitors, taxation consultants, planning advisers, architects, bankers and land surveyors.
