MSD Graduate Development Programme:

At MSD Ireland we strive to equip our graduates with the necessary skills they require to be successful now and also help them develop for the workplace of the future. The MSD Ireland Graduate Development Programme is a three year programme and includes covers topics such as; how to run effective meetings, effective communication, time management, project management, change management, technical writing skills and how to build resilience. It includes a varied mix of internal and external content and provides access to the MSD Learning Management System and ultimately ensures that the graduate is placed at the core of our learner centric eco-system.
