I joined ALG as a trainee in 2010 and in the 12 years since, I have benefitted hugely from all that the firm has to offer.

In the early years of my career, the emphasis was on developing my technical legal ability, business acumen and client relationships through a range of high-profile mandates and through working collaboratively with colleagues from different practice groups across the firm. As I progressed to associate, senior associate and ultimately to Partner, I built on that strong foundation through increased exposure to complex client mandates, further opportunities to develop and lead client relationships and tailored development programmes including an MSc from Smurfit Graduate Business School.

My progression was supported, encouraged and sponsored by the brilliant people we have in the firm who share their knowledge and time generously. In my view it is this network of support that makes ALG a unique firm in which to build your career.
