Bernard Martin - I took my career to the next level with ALG's supported training programmes

I joined ALG in 2019 and consider it the best decision I have made in my career so far.

What stands out to me is the breadth and variety of work that I have been involved in, from large multinationals to small Irish charities. The work we do for these clients is extremely varied and includes a good mix of large corporate transactions, advisory and contentious matters; no two days are the same!

The on-going training and support is second to none. It not only ensures you have the skills to assist the large variety of clients, it also helps you to develop as you progress in your career. What is required for career progression is made clear and I feel I have been helped and guided along the way by the partners on our team. Finally, and very importantly, we have a very large, very friendly employment team, who are a joy to work with.
