From day one, I was warmly welcomed by BNY Mellon team. The orientation week was exceptionally well-structured, providing me with valuable insights into the company's culture, mission, and values. There are many learning opportunities at BNY Mellon such as the interactive workshops, training sessions and townhalls which has given me a deeper understanding of the financial industry. As well as networking opportunities with senior management which provided me a unique chance to connect with experienced leaders. These interactions have allowed me to build professional relationships and expanding my horizons. Moreover, I must emphasise the guidance and support I received from mentors and managers were instrumental in refining my skills and fostering personal growth throughout my journey at BNY Mellon.
