What is the most interesting project you have been involved in since you joined?
One of the most interesting projects I’ve been involved in is supporting the implementation of our new HRIS (Human Resources Information System). A HRIS is a centralised digital platform that streamlines and manages core HR functions. I’ve been involved in various stages of the setup, including data import, system testing, and helping to shape how the system will be used locally. It’s been a great opportunity to gain exposure to HR technology, improve processes, and contribute to a project that will have a long-term impact on efficiency and employee experience across the business.

What was your experience of the Kingspan graduate recruitment process?
My experience of the Kingspan graduate recruitment process was very smooth and well-structured. The initial application was straightforward, and I was quickly informed that I had progressed to the next stage, which involved completing some psychometric tests. After that, I moved on to a video interview, followed by a virtual assessment centre that lasted around three hours and included group exercises with other applicants. I then had final interviews for two different Kingspan sites and was ultimately successful in securing a role. Overall, the process was clear, supportive, and it also highlighted Kingspan’s strong commitment to hiring the best people who align with their culture and values.
Have you any tips for someone else thinking of applying to Kingspan?
My main advice would be to take the time to research the company - understand Kingspan’s mission, values, and sustainability goals. Think about how your own skills, experiences, and values align with the business, and how you can contribute to its success. Preparation is key at every stage of the process, so make sure you’re ready to speak confidently about yourself, your motivations, and why you’re a good fit for Kingspan.
