The four step selection process at Allianz. What to expect and how you can prepare

Allianz Graduate Programme

Step 1 - Application

Applications for both programmes will open in September and close in November.

What you’ll need: 3rd level primary degree, or postgraduate degree (2.1 or higher). Maths, Engineering, Finance, Insurance, Actuarial, and Business degrees are preferred.

Step 2 - Recruitment

Apply through the careers section on Allianz.ie. Interviews will take place in Allianz House, Dublin. Offers will then be made before the end of the year.

Step 3 - Meet & Greet

Meet your fellow graduates and your work buddies at an event in February 2023, along with people from across different areas in Allianz.

Step 4 - Onboarding

Welcome to Allianz! Join our month-long induction programme before starting your business rotations.
