Robbie O'Driscoll - As important as work and client service are, the best thing about ALG is the people.

I joined ALG as a trainee in 2009 and, having worked in London for a number of years, rejoined the firm in 2018. When coming back to Ireland, ALG was the standout choice for me. While there are many reasons for this, the main reasons were the quality of the work and the people.

ALG is one of a very small number of genuinely top tier law firms in Ireland, which means we get to work on the most high profile deals in the country. I really enjoy working on these deals as you are constantly being stretched – no two deals are the same and you are always having to think creatively! However, as important as work and client service are, the best thing about ALG is the people.
