This week, almost 200 of our Retail & Service colleagues came together at Kilkea Castle for the first-ever Channel Christmas Conference — a celebration of connection, collaboration, and creating joy for our customers this festive season.

The day brought our Channel teams together as One Team — sharing stories, learning from each other, and re-energising for the busy season ahead.

Because when we create joy with our customers, we also create it for ourselves.
