1. Application and online assessment
Apply online and look out for an email invite to our online assessments. It could take up to 1 week to receive your email invitation from our partners at Three@aonassessment.com so keep an eye on your inbox. Don’t forget to check your junk folder too. Please note, we won’t contact you again until the application window closes in February.

2. Live video interview
Nail the online assessment stage and you’ll be invited to a live video interview. You’ll be asked questions about our values, your reasons for applying, and your skills. You should come prepped with some questions to ask us too.
3. Assessment centre
Our virtual assessment centre is all about getting to know you better. Don’t worry, we’ll prepare you for the virtual event in the weeks before – we’re here to see you succeed! If all goes well, then, congratulations, you’ll have a place with us! If it’s not great news, we will provide you in-depth feedback to help you develop.
