Johnson & Johnson in Ireland employs over 2,800 highly skilled employees who support our Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer business through engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing, commercial and IT roles. Johnsons & Johnson has 8 sites throughout Ireland which are located in Limerick, Cork & Dublin. This compromises of 6 manufacturing plants, commercial offices and a European IT centre of excellence – the Johnson & Johnson EMEA Development Center.

The Johnson and Johnson EMEA Development Centre develop, design and deliver high quality business applications, software solutions and services to meet Johnson & Johnson business technology requirements. The offices based on campus on the University of Limerick are specifically designed to accommodate Scrum development. It is an open and highly collaborative environment based on LEAN principles with a strong emphasis on continuous integration, automated testing and continuous delivery. Scrum teams are encouraged to be self-organising and autonomous all in a welcoming and fun work environment.
