What graduate positions are available?

Each Autumn, we advertise our Graduate Programme, Gen You. In Autumn 2023 we hired for over 90 graduate positions available across our audit & assurance, tax, consulting & enterprise risk management, financial management & outsourced accounting and financial advisory teams. Throughout the year, we also advertise roles for Associate and Intern in our Dublin, Galway and Limerick offices. You can find our current roles here

When can I apply for your graduate programme?

Applications for our Graduate Programme (for roles starting in Autumn 2025) will open in Autumn 2024. However you can find our current graduate roles here

I graduated five years ago. Do I still qualify to apply under the graduate scheme?

Of course! We are always looking to recruit graduates with varied strengths and experiences. Once you have the appropriate experience or academic background and a commitment to completing our graduate trainee programme in one of our business areas.

What degree courses/academic background does Mazars recruit from?

We accept graduates from every discipline. While your academic background is, of course, relevant, what’s more important to us is how you apply yourself to your studies and to the pursuit of knowledge. You may have a background in engineering, business, law, science or economics. What’s important is that you bring to the firm a willingness to learn and apply your skills in the best way possible.

Can I work abroad?

We are present in over 95 countries worldwide and have an international mobility programme which gives our qualified employees the opportunity to transfer to Mazars offices across the globe once they have completed their training contract.

What qualifications do you support?

You have the option of choosing to pursue a wide variety of qualification routes when training in Mazars including ACA, ACCA, ITI, ATI, CISA, CISM, PRINCE 2 to name a few.

Will I have to work overtime?

We strongly believe that you can be successful in your career at Mazars without working excessively long hours and weekends which might be the norm in larger firms. We do have a busy season like everybody else where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, but we do pride ourselves on having a much more manageable work-life balance and reward the efforts you put in with perks such as early finishes on bank holiday Fridays during the Summer months.

Will I be working remotely or in the office?

Mazars Flexi Office allows you to explore options with your team on how, when and where you work. Our goal is to ensure your onboarding and training will be to the highest of standards while maximising productivity and meeting the needs of our business and clients.

Can I choose which Irish office I want to work in?

Yes, once there is availability.
