Since joining Boston Scientific’s Graduate Programme as a Manufacturing Engineer, I have both attained and applied more knowledge and technical skills than I could ever have hoped thanks to the culture of learning and development fostered by the programme.

“The hands-on nature of the role, the cross-functional teamwork involved in everyday tasks and overall immersive experience has helped me advance both an Engineer and as a person.
